Des de la seva divisió Claitec – Active Safety, desenvolupem i implantem sistemes de seguretat activa basats en tecnologia avançada —com sensors, càmeres o projeccions— que ajuden a prevenir accidents i a crear entorns de treball més segurs.Amb l’objectiu d'oferir un suport tècnic de qualitat als nostres clients, busquem incorporar un/a Field Service Technician per al nostre equip.Quin serà el teu objectiu?La missió d’aquesta posició és garantir un servei postvenda àgil, eficient i de qualitat, donant suport tècnic als clients i distribuïdors, gestionant manteniments, instal·lacions, posades en marxa i reparacions, i assegurant la disponibilitat dels recanvis.Aquesta figura actua com a nexe entre els departaments tècnics, comercials i de producció, vetllant per la satisfacció del client i per la millora contínua dels processos associats al servei tècnic de Claitec, tant en remot com en intervencions in situ.És important destacar que aquesta posició requereix disponibilitat per viatjar amb regularitat, tant dins del territori nacional com internacionalment.Tasques i responsabilitatsRealitzar manteniments preventius i correctius dels sistemes Claitec.Participar en la instal·lació i posada en marxa d’equips i solucions de seguretat activa.Donar suport tècnic a clients i distribuïdors, incloent la gestió de documentació tècnica.Gestionar les incidències i reparacions (RMA) amb rapidesa i eficiència.Coordinar-se amb els departaments de producció, comercial i R&D per garantir una resposta adequada a cada cas.Gestionar les estocs i recanvis de postvenda.Promoure la millora contínua dels processos tècnics i del servei al client.Quin perfil estem buscant?Formació: CFGS o Grau Universitari en electrònica, mecatrònica, robòtica o similar.Experiència mínima de 3 anys en instal·lacions, manteniment o servei tècnic en entorns industrials.Coneixements bàsics o intermedis de programació de PLC (preferentment Siemens o Panasonic).Coneixements d’electrònica i quadres elèctrics per a reparacions i ajustos tècnics.Capacitat per realitzar posades en marxa, manteniments i reparacions dels equips Claitec.Persona responsable, flexible i resolutiva, amb bona actitud i orientació al client.Coneixements intermedis o avançats d’anglès.Disponibilitat per viatjar amb regularitat i autonomia.Què t’oferim?L’oportunitat de formar part d’un grup internacional sòlid i reconegut en el sector de la seguretat industrial.Treballar en un entorn tecnològic, innovador i orientat a la millora contínua.Formació contínua i classes d'anglès a les oficines.Horari flexible a jornada completa.Retribució competitiva segons experiència i perfil de la persona candidata. #J-18808-Ljbffr
