Uno de nuestros mejores clientes está buscando un IT Business Analyst: Responsabilidades principales: Brindar soporte a los responsables de producto en soluciones digitales internas, incluyendo herramientas de gestión, comunicación virtual y materiales digitales personalizados. Participar en la implementación y configuración de nuevas unidades internas o divisiones. Ofrecer soporte técnico de segundo nivel para diversas plataformas digitales. Contribuir con análisis de datos y métricas para evaluar el rendimiento de productos tecnológicos. Elaborar reportes y recomendaciones para optimizar soluciones digitales existentes. Asistir a diferentes áreas de negocio en aspectos técnicos como integraciones mediante APIs y gestiones en entornos en la nube. Realizar revisiones técnicas periódicas para garantizar la estabilidad y calidad de los sistemas. Colaborar con diferentes unidades internas en la mejora de sus procesos de marketing digital y la experiencia de usuario. Perfil ideal: Formación universitaria en Marketing, Administración, Tecnología de la Información o disciplinas afines. Experiencia previa en entornos digitales, preferentemente en iniciativas vinculadas a marketing o transformación digital. Nivel de inglés avanzado. Conocimientos sólidos sobre herramientas digitales, portales web, aplicaciones móviles y modelos SaaS. Manejo de herramientas de análisis y seguimiento de desempeño digital. Background técnico con experiencia previa en funciones relacionadas con IT. Competencias valoradas: Persona proactiva y con ganas de aprender constantemente. Buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para construir relaciones profesionales efectivas. Capacidad para trabajar en múltiples proyectos en paralelo. Actitud colaborativa y orientación al trabajo en equipo. Perfil creativo, abierto a nuevas propuestas y formas de trabajo innovadoras.
