Partner Revenue Operation You’ll be at the heart of our Partner organization, working cross‑functionally to analyze performance, optimize processes, and build systems that scale. From defining CRM workflows in HubSpot to implementing data structures, resolving team challenges, and supporting operational excellence projects — you’ll help us transform how we work with Partners globally. Analyze Partner performance & KPIs: Build dashboards, reports, and insights to monitor growth, revenue contribution, and pipeline progress. Design & optimise CRM workflows (HubSpot): Structure data models, build automations, and ensure our CRM supports seamless Partner operations. Solve tickets, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure the Partner team operates smoothly. Drive operational projects: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver initiatives that elevate the entire Partner ecosystem. 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Business Analytics, or CRM Administration, ideally in a tech or SaaS company. ~ Strong analytical and data management skills — you know how to translate numbers into decisions. ~ Hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) Fluent in English is a must (other languages are a plus).
