Prime Video is a premium streaming service that offers customers a vast collection of TV shows and movies - all with the ease of finding what they love to watch in one place. We offer customers thousands of popular movies and TV shows from Originals and Exclusive content to exciting live sports events. We also offer our members the opportunity to subscribe to add-on channels which they can cancel at any time and to rent or buy new release movies and TV box sets on the Prime Video Store. Prime Video is a fast-paced, growth business - available in over 240 countries and territories worldwide. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform various tasks related to the publishing or the assessment and enhancement of the quality of the content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue, by using expert knowledge in Portuguese language. The day-to-day job requires the individual to make high judgment decisions by following a standard operating procedure.
Key job responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of Portuguese language and execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements
- Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks
- Create or fix media assets such as subtitle, metadata or artwork with high quality.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluency in Portuguese language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1)
- Fluency in English both verbal and written
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and provide insights while working with creative content.
- Understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain.
- Experience in Post house/Studios industry in the content publishing or quality management domain.
