Location: Mijas, Málaga, Spain (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time, Substitution Contract Schedule: Split shift (Jornada partida), 40 hours/week We are seeking a results-driven Dental Sales Consultant (Asesor/a Comercial) for our established dental clinic in Mijas. In this role, you will be the primary link between the medical team and our patients, ensuring they receive the best possible guidance on their journey to oral health. We are looking for a professional with a strong commercial mindset, excellent empathy, and the ability to manage complex treatment budgets and financing. Key Responsibilities Provide personalized advice and accompaniment to patients during their clinic visits. Present treatment plans and budgets effectively to maximize conversion rates. Manage and explain financing options and economic‑financial arrangements. Perform proactive follow‑ups on potential and existing patients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Coordinate with the medical team to ensure patient needs are met at every stage of the treatment. Meet and exceed the commercial objectives set by the clinic management. Candidate Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the dental or healthcare sector. Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in administrative and financial management. Profile: A proactive professional with a high level of responsibility and commitment to patient care. Location: Must be a resident of Mijas or the surrounding Málaga province. What We Offer Immediate incorporation through a substitution contract.
