With 15 years of experience, we are a leading provider of health insurance solutions to the expat community in Spain and are committed to offering comprehensive and high-quality health cover to our clients with a signature customer service. We are currently seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in our Mijas-Costa office.

**Key Responsibilities B2C**
- Receive incoming calls to assist with customer queries and provide detailed product information.
- Establish contact via outbound calls with clients who have requested a callback to discuss their health insurance requirements.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products based on customer needs.
- Contact existing clients to facilitate the collection of any accounts receivable.

**Key Responsibilities B2B**
- Progress the company’s Introducer Network by prospecting potential companies and professionals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with introducers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales and/or telesales environments, preferably within the insurance or health care sector.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback within CRM or other systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage and update databases efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
- Fluent bilingual written/spoken English and Spanish. This is a must.

**Contract**
Full-time permanent Spanish contract.

**Salary**
Yearly salary of €19,000-€21,000 gross.

**Working hours**
Monday-Thursday 09:00-17:00 and Friday 09:00-15:00.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 19,000.00€ - 21,000.00€ per year
