We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SAP S/4HANA Developer to join our project, where we are collaborating with the leading Swiss wealth management group and a premium brand in this global sector, with a focus on servicing and advising sophisticated private clients. This is a hybrid role based in Madrids city center (3 days per week office presence), ideal for those eager to thrive in a dynamic environment and make a significant impact in private banking technology. Join EPAM and contribute to shaping the future of financial services in Spain RESPONSIBILITIES- Act as the primary IT developer for Financial Accounting, MIS, Treasury, Credits, Market, and Wealth Planning areas - Implement business requirements placed in the backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals - Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and engage with stakeholders to refine solutions - Design, build, and test solutions to meet the defined specifications, performing sanity checks and fixing defects - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable implementations - Support the adoption of agile methodologies by working with tools like Jira and Confluence REQUIREMENTS- Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, ideally with IT banking experience in Market, Treasury, or Management Accounting - Proven track record of SAP BW and SAP Hana experience, which is a must for this role - Knowledge of Dataiku, Python, SQL, R, or other analytical programs/software - Experience in IT development using an agile methodology (Jira/Confluence experience) - Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - A strong flair for Finance and numbers is an asset WE OFFER- Private health insurance - EPAM Employees Stock Purchase Plan - 100 paid sick leave - Referral Program - Professional certification - Language courses sap, hana
