We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SAP S / 4HANA Developer to join our project, where we are collaborating with the leading Swiss wealth management group and a premium brand in this global sector, with a focus on servicing and advising sophisticated private clients.This is a hybrid role based in Madrids city center (3 days per week office presence), ideal for those eager to thrive in a dynamic environment and make a significant impact in private banking technology. Join EPAM and contribute to shaping the future of financial services in SpainResponsibilities Act as the primary IT developer for Financial Accounting, MIS, Treasury, Credits, Market, and Wealth Planning areasImplement business requirements placed in the backlog, ensuring alignment with project goalsAnalyze business requirements, identify gaps, and engage with stakeholders to refine solutionsDesign, build, and test solutions to meet the defined specifications, performing sanity checks and fixing defectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable implementationsSupport the adoption of agile methodologies by working with tools like Jira and ConfluenceRequirements Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, ideally with IT banking experience in Market, Treasury, or Management AccountingProven track record of SAP BW and SAP Hana experience, which is a must for this roleKnowledge of Dataiku, Python, SQL, R, or other analytical programs / softwareExperience in IT development using an agile methodology (Jira / Confluence experience)Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA strong flair for Finance and numbers is an assetWe offer Private health insuranceEPAM Employees Stock Purchase Plan100 paid sick leaveReferral ProgramProfessional certificationLanguage coursessap, hana#J-18808-Ljbffr
