Reportando al equipo central de Personas y Cultura, el People Partner es la persona que conecta la cultura Wingstop con el día a día del restaurante. Acompaña a los managers, impulsa las buenas prácticas de liderazgo y asegura que los procesos de personas se ejecutan con excelencia. Su misión es sencilla pero clave: que la cultura Wingstop esté viva en cada local. Te ocuparás de los procesos de selección, reporte de altas y bajas, y actualización de la base de datos de personas del restaurante (aprox. 50 personas) Resolverás incidencias laborales y dudas del equipo Serás referente en cumplimiento laboral y PRL coordinando visitas, formaciones y asegurando el uso correcto de EPIs Impulsarás iniciativas culturales, reforzarás valores y dinamizarás la comunicación interna y el feedback constante. Acompañarás onboarding, formaciones y evaluaciones de desempeño Detectarás talento y apoyarás el crecimiento de los managers ¿QUÉ OFRECEMOS?
