**The Team**:

We’re looking for an experienced HR enthusiast to help us create and lead the People team in Madrid. You will work closely with the core of our business - our Getir stores You will support our leadership team by managing all HR-related topics that might arise & coaching them through all the employee life-cycle.

**Key roles and responsibilities**

You will:

- Be in the field, working hand in hand with all our stores, managing the end-to-end employee life cycle and people processes from a high-level perspective, including (but not limited) to: performance management, employee relations, contract, grievances, talent development, off-boarding, etc
- Implement best case practices for people matter
- Partner with our legal team to ensure local labor law compliance
- Lead the rollout of our employee benefits.
- Be the Getir culture ambassador across the stores in your region, leading by example, and ensuring that the Getir culture is felt in each store. Roll out of engagement activities & ensure morale
- Coach & support our management team in people-related topics, gather employee insights, advise the proper course of action on people challenges.

**Requirements**:

- You've got it_
- At least 3-4 years experience as an HR Business partner, working on warehouse / retail settings.
- Experience managing big volume / hyper-growth businesses.
- A great analytical thinker but at the same time brings innovate ideas and ways to improve
- Great interpersonal, influence & communication skills
- An awareness and understanding of how to overcome challenges of subconscious bias, how to be inclusive, and bring diversity into the hiring process
- A can-do, will-do attitude and lots of energy goes a long way at Getir
- Highly adaptable - in the face of adversity you don't feel afraid, you embrace challenges and change
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish are a must
- Availability to travel
