You will work within S2P Governance & Supplier Management a true Center of Excellence that drives innovation digitalization and operational excellence across the entire procurement journey.Responsibilities / TasksIn this role you wont just support Procurement you will help transform it. Your tasks will include :Data Analysis & Reporting : Gather structure and analyze data related to S2P processes.Dashboard & Presentation Preparation : Create insightful dashboards (e.g. in Power BI) and prepare slide decks for management.Project Support : Assist in internal projects with research documentation and preparation.Supplier & Process Support : Contribute to supplier management user support and IT tool assistance.Management Requests : Respond to ad-hoc requests with reports data and actionable insights.This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data processes technology and people.Your Profile / QualificationsCurrently enrolled in a university in Spain studying Finance Economics Business Supply Chain Mathematics IT (with commercial focus) or similar.Skills & Competencies :Strong analytical skills and attention to detailStructured organized and persistentAbility to work independently and dig into detailsLanguages : Fluent in English and Spanish (German is a plus)Technical Skills :Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus)Experience with task automation tools (Power Automate Power Apps n8n MS Copilot web scraping) is a great advantageOptional : Programming skills or SAP knowledgeImportant note : Please submit your resume in English.Why Join UsAt GEA you will be part of a global network driving efficiency automation and sustainable sourcing.
