You will work within S2P Governance & Supplier Management, a true Center of Excellence that drives innovation, digitalization, and operational excellence across the entire procurement journey.Responsibilities / TasksData Analysis & Reporting: Gather, structure, and analyze data related to S2P processes.Dashboard & Presentation Preparation: Create insightful dashboards (e.g., in Power BI) and prepare slide decks for management.Project Support: Assist in internal projects with research, documentation, and preparation.Supplier & Process Support: Contribute to supplier management, user support, and IT tool assistance.Management Requests: Respond to ad-hoc requests with reports, data, and actionable insights.This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, processes, technology, and people.Your Profile / QualificationsCurrently enrolled in a university in Spain, studying Finance, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, Mathematics, IT (with commercial focus), or similar.Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical skills and attention to detailStructured, organized, and persistentAbility to work independently and dig into detailsLanguages: Fluent in English and Spanish (German is a plus)Technical Skills:Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus)Experience with task automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, n8n, MS Copilot, web scraping) is a great advantageOptional: Programming skills or SAP knowledgeImportant note: Please submit your resume in English.Why Join Us?At GEA, you will be part of a global network driving efficiency, automation, and sustainable sourcing.
