MISION DEL PUESTO Responsable de proporcionar una experiencia de bar atractiva en los bares del hotel. Crea una conexión emocional con la clientela del Hotel y de iBIZA a través de habilidades excepcionales, una personalidad atractiva y extrovertida y un conocimiento del producto líder en el mercado. TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES (NO LIMITADAS A ESTA LISTA) Tener pleno conocimiento de la carta de bebidas y de las listas de bebidas que ofrecemos. Conocimiento de todos los elementos del menú de bebidas, guarniciones, contenidos y métodos de preparación. Garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las políticas y procedimientos de alimentos y bebidas. Responder a las preguntas de los clientes sobre los platos del menú y de la carta de bebida de forma informativa y útil. Comprender el procedimiento de control de bebidas, realizar los pedidos al economato central en el momento indicado, mantener el nivel de stock en la barra. Crear y mantener sólidas relaciones con los clientes del hotel. Recomendar, promocionar y hacer upselling de bebidas. Participa en programas de formación sobre bebidas. Garantizar que todo el equipo del bar se limpia y mantiene adecuadamente. Excelentes dotes de comunicación y capacidad para conversar a gusto con los clientes. Comprobar el suministro de equipos y los niveles de existencias para garantizar que no haya escasez. SE OFRECE: Contrato de trabajo fijo discontinuo con posibilidad anual.
