Welcome all clients to our bars, ensuring a happy, positive, and friendly impression of the BeachClub. The bartenders will assist the Head Bartender to ensure the highest quality of serviceand beverages according to set standards and recipes, always striving to minimizewastage. This will be executed in a friendly, professional, and timely manner, holding naturalconversations and delivering with the highest standards and best practices. The server must be knowledgeable and have a perfect understanding of all our products and menus. You are expected to be attentive, responsive, and available to clients' needs throughout the day, ensuring your area is perfectly attended, clean, and that you work professionally with other team members. It is your responsibility to ensure that clients receive the best possible experience and that all queries and complaints are dealt with professionally and efficiently. The bartender must always maintain an exceptional appearance, be energetic, and comfortable interacting with clients. The bartender should be confident in using their knowledge to upsell where possible and provide an overall exceptional beach club experience to both new and existing clients.
