With 33 stylish rooms, a lively restaurant, and a vibrant atmosphere, it’s a destination for curious travellers and locals alike.At the top of the hotel, our rooftop bar offers stunning views over Ibiza’s old town — a chic, open-air setting where cocktails are crafted under the stars.ABOUT THE POSITIONWe are seeking a Bartender Intern M/F to join our dynamic team at Montesol Experimental.Your duties and responsibilities will be the following:Learn the cocktails on the menu and the list of classic cocktails provided. Understand and know about the products used.Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, respecting our basic rules: use of jiggers at all times, perfectly measured, clean bar tools, swift response time. All while adhering to our principle of aiming to provide the best drinking experience without a hint of pretension.Communicate to the servers and barbacks their needs well in advance.Participate in the creation of the cocktail menu.Create a welcoming environment for guests, assess their needs, present the cocktails menu and make recommendations.Take drinks orders.Apply all food and beverage safety and quality regulations.Communicate with the Bar Manager for inventory issues, client comments, and general reporting.ABOUT YOUExperience in a similar role.Have excellent spirits & classic cocktails knowledge.Attention to details and customer needs.Social, engaging and motivated.Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.Be well spoken with excellent communication skills.Knowledge as well as abilities in other languages would be beneficial.Experience the Experimental Throughout your experience, you will be part of a stimulating and innovative environment.
