Your main responsibilities will be:Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction, renewal, and upsell opportunitiesDeliver seamless onboarding by tailoring BizAway’s onboarding resources (guides, webinars, playbooks, training sessions) to each client’s needsTrack client health through usage data, dashboards, and NPS/CSAT surveys; anticipate risks and mitigate churnDrive adoption of BizAway’s platform, ensuring clients maximize value from our solutionsProactively identify and act on upsell opportunities to expand client usage and revenueCollaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure a smooth client experience and bring client feedback into the businessProactively suggest actions and campaigns to improve the customer journey and enhance growthYour basic qualificationsYou are fluent in English and Finnish (Swedish is a plus)You have 1+ years of experience in B2B
