You will be the primary escalation point for warehouses and the crucial link between millions of daily orders and Amazon Associates to ensure seamless fulfilment operations.ResponsibilitiesMaster Amazon's proprietary flow management tools and processes to enable seamless FC operations.Innovate and implement metrics, conduct analyses to uncover optimization opportunities, and design scalable, standardized solutions.Cultivate cross-functional partnerships and translate complex concepts into accessible insights for stakeholders at all levels.Own and influence critical performance indicators, including customer promise attainment, flow planning adherence, and site KPIs.Teach peers and customers through knowledge-sharing initiatives; develop and deliver training programs to elevate capabilities and operational excellence.A day in the lifeRole – In the ECFT offices in Barcelona, optimize operations in Fulfilment Centres across Europe. We focus on capacity, risk, and workflow management, real-time responsiveness, and resource planning to keep customer promises and on-time deliveries.
