Astek Iberia is seeking an experienced People & Culture Solution Architect to lead the design and evolution of its global HR technology landscape. You will bridge business strategy and technical execution, defining target architecture and ensuring secure, scalable solutions across the People & Culture ecosystem.
You will guide delivery teams, assess Workday releases, and explore AI/automation opportunities while maintaining architectural integrity and aligning with company objectives.
