Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring an excellent end-to-end employee lifecycle management — from talent attraction to offboarding. The role combines HR operations, support in key areas such as training, performance, and compliance, and a strong focus on employee experience. Managing full-cycle recruitment and pre‑onboarding processes. Monitoring mandatory training compliance and supporting development plans. Supporting performance review cycles and goal‑setting processes. Ensuring legal compliance and coordinating with Health & Safety partners. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role or HR Business Partner position. Proven experience across the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and compensation & benefits. Solid, hands‑on knowledge of Spanish employment law. Knowledge of Portuguese labor law is a plus. University degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or Business Administration, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources. ~ Fluent English (spoken and written). Spanish : native or full professional proficiency. Portuguese is an asset. ~ Analytical mindset and comfort working with data and digital tools.
