Reporting to the HR Director, as HR Business Partner you will be able to handle an HR 360 role focused on business, and responsible for, among others, recruitment, training, development, budget, employee relations for LVMH P&C Brands.

MAIN DUTIES
- Responsible for the recruitment and Induction for all brand positions.
- Execute talent management strategies.
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
- Works closely with the Employee Relations Manager supporting employee relations issues as needed.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Identifies training needs with individual and business needs as well as implement the annual training plan.
- Prepare, coordinate and monitor the Annual Performance and Salary Review process and successive plans.
- Active role in budgeting process ensuring alignment with guidelines and business needs.

**Profile**:

- Degree holder in LAW, Labour Relations or Business Administration
- With minimum 5 years relevant working experience preferably in retail industry
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish
- Proficient in MS Office Application such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other Human Resources related regulations in Spain
- Sound relevant experience in field recruitment in luxury retail industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to deal with all levels of staff
- Well-organized and eyes to details
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight schedule
- Problem solving skills under VUCA environment
- Team worker, proactive and self-motivated
- High level of confidentiality & integrity
