We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing teamIn this role, you’ll provide inbound customer support, technical troubleshooting, help desk assistance, and back-office processing for both commercial and public sector clients . You’ll have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences while building valuable skills in a dynamic, high-growth environment .To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.Responsibilities Manage inbound calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathyResolve product, process, and basic technical inquiries while aiming for first-contact resolutionIdentify customer needs and offer relevant product or service solutionsResearch, troubleshoot, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issuesDocument customer interactions accurately and maintain data confidentialityStay updated through ongoing training and knowledge resourcesUphold service standards and meet performance goals in a fast-paced environmentQualifications Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and troubleshooting abilitiesAbility to type 20+ WPM and navigate multiple systems confidentlyProficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Windows operating systemsReliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethicCustomer-first mindset: empathetic, patient, and responsiveAbility to multi-task, self-manage, and adapt in a fast-paced settingTeam-oriented with a positive, professional attitudePreferred Experience (Not Required) 1+ year in customer service, contact center, help desk, technical support, inside sales, or back-office rolesExperience handling government or enterprise accountsKnowledge of CRM tools or call center systemsCompensation & Benefits What You Can Expect From MCIWe offer a range of benefits and incentives that go beyond a paycheck. The role is largely sedentary and may require sitting/standing for long periods while using a computer and headset.
