Executive Assistant to COO (Commercial Chief Operations Officer) EMEAAIG underwriting teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines Property Casualty Specialty Lines Cyber Multinational Clients and High Net Worth individuals. Enables senior executives to focus on strategic priorities client relationships and business growth by managing administrative and logistical responsibilities. Streamlines daily workflows meeting coordination travel arrangements and expense management ensuring time and cost optimization. Confidentiality & Governance Ensures compliance with corporate policies data protection and internal controls. Acts as the primary liaison between the executive office and internal / external stakeholders including brokers clients and regional teams. Extensive experience supporting senior executives preferably in a large multi‑national environment Fluency in both Spanish and English Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent work experience Detailed knowledge of MS Office software including Word Excel and PowerPoint Advanced ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment Ability to provide support with a highly specialized knowledge of administration clerical and managerial functions while maintaining confidentiality Excellent organizational time management written and verbal communication skills Working Knowledge of SAP Concur Ariba SharePoint Fieldglass and Confluence We provide equal opportunity to all qualified individuals regardless of race colour religion age gender gender expression national origin veteran status disability or any other legally protected categories.
