Sales Quality Assurance Analyst

Hello At Factorial, we believe our growth comes from the growth of our people.We’re looking for a Sales Quality Assurance Analyst who is passionate about elevating standards, strengthening processes, and enabling high-performing sales teams.In this role, you’ll safeguard the quality of our SDR prospection and AE closing motions, ensuring every interaction is executed with consistency, precision, and impact . As the quality gatekeeper across our sales workflows, you’ll monitor execution, enforce best practices, and partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Enablement to drive continuous improvement. Your work will directly support the scalability of our sales engine while maintaining the rigor required for strong conversion rates . Are you ready? What you’ll be doing Process Adherence & QA Audit SDR & AE workflows to ensure adherence to playbooks, cadences, and lead & deal handling requirements (e.g., number of touches before archiving a lead) Monitor the correct usage of prospecting and CRM tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Lusha ) and flag inconsistencies or missed steps (e.g., outreach to accounts not owned by the SDR) Act as the quality gatekeeper for our prospection and closing motions, ensuring alignment with operational standards and best practices Lead & CRM Data Integrity Ensure all leads and accounts are properly enriched, qualified, and segmented before and after SDR activity Identify and escalate data issues including duplicates, missing fields, invalid contacts, and incorrect lead dispositions (e.g., Aircall tags, rejection reasons) Partner with RevOps to maintain a clean, reliable CRM environment Quality Reporting & Continuous Improvement Build and maintain QA scorecards and dashboards to track SDR process quality Analyze trends in deviations, inefficiencies, or missed opportunities and provide actionable insights to SDR Managers and RevOps Partner with Enablement to refine training, documentation, and sales playbooks based on QA findings Compliance & Deliverability Oversight Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, ePrivacy) and internal governance policies Monitor email deliverability and risks tied to list quality, outreach patterns, and prospecting practices What Success Looks Like… Higher L2D conversion rates Consistent QA coverage across outbound and closing motions Improved lead quality scores (fit + intent) Stronger SDR & AE productivity tied to quality-driven behaviors Fewer CRM errors and cleaner data flows Shorter ramp-up time thanks to structured, quality-driven processes You’ll Be a Great Fit if You… are fluent in English (written and spoken) — other languages are a plus Bring 2+ years of experience in Sales, SDR, Sales Ops, Client Acquisition, or Quality roles (SaaS background strongly preferred ) Have an analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail — spotting patterns comes naturally to you Enjoy coaching and giving constructive feedback ; you’re part teacher, part detective Thrive in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment Are a collaborative team player eager to work with Sales, RevOps, and Enablement Perks of being part of our team Save expenses with Cobee and get your salary in advance with Payflow TaxDown to simplify your taxes and maximize your savings Healthy life with Gympass ♀ and Alan as private health insurance Language classes with Yolk Academy & Factorial Language exchange Syra and Apeteat discounts Breakfast in the office, organic fruit and free caffeine and theine☕ Flexible schedules ⏰, pet Friendly and no dress code Structured career paths to support your professional growth- we don’t believe in dead ends.
