Sales Quality Assurance Analyst

Are you ready?You'll collaborate with SDRs, Sales, RevOps, and Enablement to improve quality, consistency, and efficiency across our outbound motion. Instead of just tracking numbers, you'll dig into conversations, lead flows, and behaviors - turning insights into scalable improvements as a coach, analyst, and process innovator. What You'll Be Doing Coach & develop: Provide structured feedback to SDRs to sharpen skills, shorten ramp-up time, and reduce performance gaps. Raise quality standards: Review and assess outbound leads to balance volume, fit, and conversion potential. Standardize excellence: Define clear qualification criteria, best practices, and objection-handling frameworks. Optimize processes: Improve how leads are managed across channels, handoffs, and workflows. Enable consistency: Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Enablement to align SDR efforts with business goals. Higher L2D Conversion Rates Increased weekly lead reviews coverage Better lead quality scores (fit + intent)Stronger SDR productivity across calls, connects, and qualified opps/hour Shorter ramp-up time for new SDRs Consistent coaching coverage across the team You'll Be a Great Fit if You... Are fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus Bring 2+ years of experience in Sales, SDR, Sales Ops, or Client Acquisition (SaaS experience = strong advantage). Have an analytical mindset with an eye for detail - you love spotting patterns in data and behavior.
