Sustainability Project Coordinator – Join Carbon Complete Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to make a meaningful impact in a fast-growing startup? Carbon Complete is hiring for an exciting full-time position in CBAM consultancy and training, ESG reporting, and carbon reduction planning. Carbon Complete started with a simple goal: to help businesses address the challenges of carbon management and sustainability in a practical, impactful way. We support companies with CBAM compliance, ESG reporting, and carbon reduction planning, partnering with organizations to meet their sustainability goals. We are an official IACBAM training partner and deliver CBAM training globally, in multiple languages, tailored to the needs of different businesses. As part of the Complete Group, we work closely with our sister company, Customs Complete, providing end-to-end support for sustainable trade and carbon management. We take a practical approach to sustainability, helping businesses make measurable progress based on clear actions and requirements. With significant growth opportunities and a commitment to professional development, this role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team driving real progress in sustainability. The role requires occasional travel within Ireland and the UK for training and consultancy sessions. CBAM Training: Deliver CBAM training sessions globally. Assist clients in preparing Environmental, Social, and Governance reports. Sustainability Grant Applications: Help businesses identify and apply for relevant sustainability funding opportunities. Including: preparing blogs and webinars, conducting sales meetings, cold calling and prospecting new companies. Interest in Sustainability: A genuine passion for sustainable practices and making a difference. Experience: Some prior experience in sustainability, carbon management, or ESG reporting is desirable but not essential. Team-Oriented: Willingness to collaborate while taking initiative to drive projects forward. French / other languages: Significant growth potential within the company, including opportunities to lead projects and contribute to business development. Upskilling and training provided.
