The opportunity We are seeking a highly experienced General Sales Manager to lead and manage van sales operations, driving regional growth and profitability. The role is responsible for managing diverse sales teams, planning sales territories, organizing resources, setting budgets, directing sales distribution, ensuring superior customer service, and overseeing credit and trade collections. The position requires strong leadership, market understanding, and the ability to deliver consistent performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all regional van sales operations Plan and optimize sales territories and route execution Drive sales targets, growth, and profitability Organize resources to maximize distribution efficiency Maintain high customer service standards Manage credit, trade collections, and compliance Monitor sales trends, market execution, and competitor activities Coach, develop, and lead large sales teams Candidates without the following will not be considered: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field) Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a senior management role within a van sales environment.
