Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/d) international

Then step forward and discover Rhenus, where you will work with the HR international team and be part of a decentralized team in the European Rhenus Overland Transport organization. The (Senior) International Talent Acquisition Manager is in charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies. This position offers flexibility and you can work from anywhere in the European region.
**What you can expect**:
- In your role you will be in charge of determining, coordinating and monitoring the activities of recruitment throughout the European unit.
- Furthermore you will be a partner to our leadership teams and local HR Managers to understand and execute the organization’s HR recruitment strategy.
- You will be responsible for providing support and guidance to local HR Managers and management relating to recruitment and onboarding; enabling and delivering training on this.
- Your responsibilities will also include international and (partially) national talent acquisition projects, which involves interviewing, psychometric testing, conducting assessment centers articularly for executive, managerial, and senior specialist/expert roles.
- You would need to determine and analyze recruiting KPIs which are in line with the overall business strategy to reach the recruitment goals.
**What you bring**:
- You hold a Masters degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related social science.
- You have a strong professioanal experience, preferably more than 3 years, with a variety of different assessment/ selection methods (interviews, assessment centers, psychological test etc.) - deep understanding of HR diagnostics.
- You have an in-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment (from job postings, conducting interviews and assessment centers to realizing on-boarding processes).
- As an emphatic and communicative personality, it is easy for you to make contacts and build trusting personal relationships.
- Additionally, you have excellent organizational skills with a high ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate, as well as a strong attention to detail and solid analytical skills.
- You can speak English fluently, as well as another European language to a proficient level.
