This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment processes while maintaining compliance, data accuracy, and a positive candidate experience.Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones for candidates and hiring managersManage candidate communications, ensuring timely updates and a positive candidate experiencePrepare offer letters and support onboarding documentation in collaboration with HR teamsEnsure recruitment activities comply with local labor laws, GDPR requirements, and company policiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (SuccessFactors)Collaborate with recruiters, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to support hiring needsAct as a point of contact between candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth process flowSupport the effective use of recruitment systems and toolsCoordinate with external vendors for background checks and other recruitment-related servicesThe ProfileBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support, ideally within EMEAStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred) and MS Office SuiteExcellent written and spoken English and German; additional European languages are a plusAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environmentEqual Employment OpportunityIt is Sun’s policy that applicants for employment are recruited, selected, and hired on the basis of individual merit and ability with respect to the position being filled.
