Reporting to the Human Resources Sr. Director, the **Talent Management Coordinator **will support the implementation of talent management initiatives intended to attract, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing, engaged employees.

**A successful Talent Management Coordinator**:

- Provide above-property full life cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, extend offer, and complete all first day onboarding tasks and requirements for “Below Manager” positions requested in the region.
- Track above-property “Manager and Above” openings fulfilment in partnership with the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team.
- Deploy the company’s Performance Management process (IBGs setting, Mid-Year Review, Talent Review and Year-End Review) for above-property colleagues
- Support the implementation of key learning & development solutions based on business needs and aligned with the Corporate Talent team.
- Execute global initiatives intended to assess and improve/enhance Colleague experience and engagement in Europe.

**Requirements**:

- This role will be located in Palma de Mallorca
- 5-7 years of experience deploying Talent Management initiatives in multinational companies.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Account.
- Experience handling Learning Management Systems (LMS) (nice to have).
- Bachelors´ degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Education or related field of study.
- Certifications in Training & Development tools (nice to have).
- Demonstrated experience utilizing the MS Office suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, teamwork and flexibility.
