THE ROLE

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team and regional recruiters across multiple countries. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment processes while maintaining compliance, data accuracy, and a positive candidate experience. Key Responsabilities include:

• Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones for candidates and hiring managers

• Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely updates and a positive candidate experience

• Prepare offer letters and support onboarding documentation in collaboration with HR teams

• Ensure recruitment activities comply with local labor laws, GDPR requirements, and company policies

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (SuccessFactors)

• Collaborate with recruiters, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to support hiring needs

• Act as a point of contact between candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth process flow

• Support the effective use of recruitment systems and tools

• Coordinate with external vendors for background checks and other recruitment-related services

THE PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support, ideally within EMEA

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficiency with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred) and MS Office Suite

• Excellent written and spoken English and German; additional European languages are a plus.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
