We need a Power BI wizard who can turn data into gold (actionable insights) The Role: As our Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll be the maestro of data, using your skills to transform large, complex datasets into sleek dashboards and reports. You'll be an expert in our data and business metrics, working closely with various teams to understand their needs and provide solutions that hit the mark. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain our Power BI dashboards and reports (your canvas for data artistry). Analyze complex data sets and convert them into information that our team can use. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in the dashboards. Train end-users on how to use the dashboards and reports effectively. Troubleshoot data-related issues and maintain the Power BI infrastructure. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, updates, and best practices. Be our go-to guru for all things Power BI. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or quantitative major preferred. Strong proficiency in Power BI or other analytics and reporting tools. Fabric, Azure Data, or other cloud data experience a plus. 3-5 years of Power BI experience at minimum. Experience working with Python, SQL, DAX, MDX and other data languages. Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization principles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications. Strong communication skills and working well in a team. Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
