As part of this disruption, we help Print Service Providers streamline the manufacture of books, business cards, packaging, photos, posters, signage and almost anything else that can be printed.

At HP, Business Intelligence activity, plays a critical role in enabling the right data to support business decisions and operations management.

We are looking for a **Graduate Business Intelligence Data Analyst** to support the WW Industrial Print Services** organization (IPCS).

As a BI Developer and Data Analyst you will design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor company, product, and business performance and KPI's.

The BI developers work with other team members from across the world to develop BI solutions and provide support to the BI systems and ongoing analysis needs.

This includes understanding the data and where to get it, extracting the data, processing it, optimizations, and turning data into insights and graphical representation in the BI platform (Tableau/Power BI).

**Responsibilities**:

- Dashboard Development: Effectively tells stories with the data using visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau is a must) to demonstrate insight impact and business value.
- Data Gathering and Analysis: Basic experience on working with multiple data sources and data transformation methods.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate requirements into dashboard designs.
- Documentation: Document data sources, methodologies, and dashboard specifications to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on how to interpret and use dashboards effectively.
- Maintains proficiency within the Business Intelligence domain by keeping up with technology and trend shifts.

**Education and Experience Required**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience with Data bases, SQL & Python for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with Power BI and Tableau (is a must).
- Knowledge on data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics algorithms, methodologies, and approaches - is a plus
- Knowledge or experience with MS Excel
- is a plus
- Experience with AWS and cloud-based solutions in general - is a plus
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Fluent English is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly.
