At DXC Spain we are looking for a **Data Business partner** to join our great team of **Consulting**.

**Requirements**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in roles related to data strategy, business analysis, and data architecture.
- ** Technical Knowledge**: Advanced experience **with Power BI**, SQL, and other reporting and data visualization tools.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze large volumes of data and extract actionable insights.
- ** Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- ** Leadership**: Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- ** Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments and hierarchical levels.
- High level of Spanish and English.

**Tasks**:

- ** Data Strategy**: Develop and execute data strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- ** Business Analysis**: Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for improvement through the use of data and analytics.
- ** Data Architecture**: Design and maintain data architecture to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and security.
- ** Reporting and Visualization**: Create and manage advanced reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- ** Project Management**: Lead data projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- ** Training and Support**: Provide training and support to end-users on the use of reporting and data analysis tools.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Identify and recommend improvements in data management and reporting processes.
