Overview Senior Business Intelligence Analyst role at Vitrolife & Igenomix Brasil, part of Vitrolife Group. Based in Valencia, Spain. Part of the Commercial Excellence team, reporting to the Vice President Commercial Excellence. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data-driven insights, enjoys working with complex data sets, and can transform numbers into actionable strategies. You will work closely with commercial leaders to support decision-making with high-quality analysis and clear recommendations. This is a full-time position based from our Valencia office.Responsibilities Gather, structure, and analyse commercial and business performance data.Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to support strategic and operational decisions.Train and support colleagues in using Power BI effectively.Provide advanced analysis in Excel; create models and scenarios to support business cases.Work with our CRM system (Salesforce) to extract and interpret data.Present insights and recommendations to senior management, shaping commercial strategies.Qualifications 5–10 years of experience in business intelligence, commercial analytics, or strategy analysis.Experience from Healthcare, Medical Device, IVF, IVD or similar is highly valued.Strong skills in Power BI and Excel (advanced level).Experience from working with CRM systems, Salesforce is a strong advantage.Experience in data-driven decision-making and presenting to senior management.Business English fluency, both written and spoken. Spanish and/or Swedish fluency are a plus.Academic background in Business Administration, Engineering, Biotechnology or similar is a plus, but not mandatory.Who are you?
