Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior FP&A Analyst will be a hands-on, strategic partner supporting the Finance team and cross-functional departments. The role combines deep analytical skills with business acumen to provide insights that drive decision-making, operational efficiency, and business growth. Experience reporting to Private Equity Firms is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead margin and revenue analysis and monitor fixed and variable costs.
- Analyze budget vs. actuals variances and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and maintain rolling forecasts, cash flow projections, and 5-year business plans.
- Implement, maintain, and improve financial models to support decision-making.
Understand key business drivers, levers, and risks, providing insights to management for strategic planning.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
Produce high-quality dashboards, reports, and presentations for the CFO, executive management, and US PE investors.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting, ideally aligned with US GAAP (a plus) and ES GAAP.
Collaborate with all the departments to provide structured, relevant financial information.
Operational Support & Collaboration
Act as a hands-on, proactive partner supporting other departments with financial insight and guidance.
- Organize and structure data to extract relevant, actionable information for decision-making.
Help drive cross-functional alignment and efficiency through clear communication and teamwork.
Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
Develop and enhance tools, dashboards, and financial processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight.
- Support the Finance function in implementing best practices across planning, reporting, and analysis.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in pharma manufacturing or CDMO environments.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
- Experience with OneStream or similar reporting tools.
- Expert in PowerPoint and MS Office (including Teams).
- Knowledge of ES GAAP; US GAAP knowledge is a plus.
- Experience preparing reports for Private Equity firms is a strong plus.
- Previous Big 4 experience is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and data-structuring skills.
- Proven ability to produce clear dashboards and executive-level insights.
- Strong capacity to understand key business drivers, levers, and risks.
Compensation: salary based on experience, reflecting the seniority and expertise required for this role.
