Interim HR Director & Social Relations (M/W) 26.010Descripción del trabajo Interim Management Mission. Para uno de nuestros clientes internacionales, buscamos un Interim HR Director & Social Relations basado en España.OportunidadDirect report at HR Group level. Matrix organization, functional relation with Operational & support teams. In coordination with external legal advisors.Responsabilidades principalesImplementar la transformación social en coordinación con el Grupo, dentro de las leyes laborales españolas y procesos legales de RRHH.Asegurar la continuidad operativa de RRHH durante la fase de transformación.Gestionar directamente al equipo local de RRHH.Desplegar la nueva organización y alinear el país y otros países europeos a la nueva estrategia de negocio.Duración del proyecto6 meses, extensible según la situación. Inicio a partir de mediados de enero 2026.Requisitos y perfilExperticia en relaciones sociales y laborales en España.Experiencia probada en restructuración.Experticia en sectores BtoB especializados: distribución, transporte, logística, cadena de suministro, gestión de flota, almacenes.Conocimiento legal de materia laboral y social.Experiencia trabajando con el Grupo y los representantes de empleados locales.Perfil ejecutivo con mentalidad de “doer”.Hablante nativo de español y fluido en inglés a nivel de negocio.Ágil dentro de organizaciones complejas en matriz.Pragmático, fiable y fácil de trabajar.Cómo aplicarEnviar CV en inglés y mensaje motivacional a con referencia 26.010.#J-18808-Ljbffr
