The Opportunity
As we expand rapidly, adding 120 employees annually, we seek a visionary HR leader to drive transformation, digitalization, and automation in our HR operations.
What We Need
If you have experience in large organizations (500+ employees), expertise in agile methodologies, negotiation with Company worker´s committees and/or unions and you believe in the power of technology to reshape HR, we want you on our team.
We are looking for an experienced HR Director with a minimum of three years in an international setting, fluent in English, and skilled in automation and digitalization. We are looking for an inspirational leader dedicated to talent management & retention, workforce commitment, and aligning HR processes with our strategic goals.
