Social network you want to login/join with: Our client is a studio based in Barcelona, Spain, working on an up-and-coming AAA title, and is looking for an experienced and talented HR Director to join their Operations Team. REQUIREMENTSPrevious HR experience in a video games studio. Experience and knowledge in talent management practices and tools. Experience in mentoring and leading an HR team. Strong communication skills for cross-cultural communication. Proven knowledge of labor laws in Spain and other EU member states. Knowledge of the AAA games industry ecosystem. RESPONSIBILITIESAssessment of current HR policies and continuous improvement. Design and implement new HR policies in cooperation with senior leadership. Review and design new HR systems, tools, and processes. Ensure company compliance with HR regulations as well as internal and external counsel. Help implement performance review processes. Create new talent development practices for engagement. Manage the HR department budget. Handle internal communications related to HR matters.
