Nuestro cliente, un grupo hotelero líder en el segmento de lujo con presencia consolidada en el Caribe, busca un/aSubdirector de Alimentos & Bebidaspara uno de sus resorts enPunta Cana (República Dominicana). Su misión será asegurar la excelencia operativa del área de F&B, garantizando estándares excepcionales de calidad, innovación gastronómica y una experiencia memorable para el huésped. Responsabilidades principales: Supervisar la operación integral de F&B: restaurantes, bares, banquetes y room service. Dirigir y coordinar al Chef Ejecutivo, Jefe de Bares, Maître y F&B Guest Relations Manager. Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares internacionales de servicio (AAA, LHW) en todos los puntos de venta. Diseñar, implementar y seguir el plan anual de F&B, alineado con objetivos estratégicos y financieros del hotel. Controlar costos, insumos, inventarios y cumplimiento de presupuestos de operación y CAPEX asignado. Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua, eficiencia operativa y estandarización de procesos. Desarrollar, capacitar y acompañar al personal del área, fortaleciendo competencias y cultura de servicio. Resolver necesidades y quejas de huéspedes, asegurando experiencias memorables y alta satisfacción. Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas sanitarias, seguridad alimentaria y regulaciones locales. Coordinar eventos especiales, banquetes y actividades gastronómicas. Presentar informes periódicos al Director de Hotel sobre resultados, desafíos y acciones implementadas. Sustituir al Director de Hotel cuando sea necesario, gestionando aspectos operativos del complejo. Requisitos: Licenciatura en Hotelería, Gastronomía, Administración de Empresas Turísticas o afín. Mínimo3 años de experienciaen posiciones gerenciales dentro de F&B en hoteles de lujo. Conocimiento profundo de estándares de servicio, control de costos, operación de restaurantes y gestión de proveedores. Dominio de programas de gestión hotelera y Microsoft Office. Inglés avanzado (90%), esencial para comunicación con huéspedes y proveedores internacionales. Perfil altamente orientado al servicio, liderazgo, gestión de equipos y excelencia operacional. Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión, supervisar múltiples proyectos y mantener altos estándares de calidad.
