The Opportunity We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead this company through its next growth phase. Candidate Profile Essential Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within biotech, cleantech, or related sectors, with at least 5 years in a C-level position. Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling companies internationally and securing significant investment. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of biotechnology applications in sustainability, urban development, or environmental innovation. Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build consensus among diverse stakeholders. Education: Advanced degree in business, science, or engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
