Job Overview
We are currently seeking a talented individual for our Hebrew Speaking Travel Support Advisor position in Bulgaria. This role is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth travel industry environment, where you will provide expert assistance to international travelers while enjoying a premium lifestyle in the heart of Europe.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide world-class customer support to travelers, ensuring seamless trip experiences.
Resolve complex travel-related inquiries including bookings, cancellations, and itinerary adjustments.
Represent a major global brand by delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient communication in Hebrew.
Collaborate with international teams within the travel industry to streamline service delivery.
Maintain high quality standards for travel consultation while meeting daily performance metrics.
Handle real-time travel disruptions with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Native or fluent Hebrew (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Previous experience in the travel industry, hospitality, or customer service is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping travelers navigate their journeys.
Ability to thrive in an on-site office environment located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Strong proficiency in computer literacy and CRM software usage.
