Se precisa la incorporación de un/una Trainee para el departamento de GH BIOPHARMA OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE. ¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades? Gestionarás y analizarás datos, dando soporte en la recopilación, preparación y análisis de bases de datos para proyectos de mejora continua. Elaborarás visualizaciones y reporting, creando informes y dashboards en Power BI para facilitar la toma de decisiones. Aplicarás herramientas estadísticas, utilizando metodologías analíticas para optimizar procesos. Colaborarás en proyectos, participando activamente en iniciativas de Operational Excellence y brindando soporte en la planificación, seguimiento y ejecución. Contribuirás a la mejora continua y optimización, asegurando la eficiencia operativa y proponiendo soluciones basadas en datos. Comunicarás de forma transversal, participando en reuniones, redactando actas y facilitando la coordinación entre departamentos. ¿Quién eres? Para llevar a cabo este trabajo con éxito, una persona debe ser capaz de llevar a cabo las responsabilidades de manera satisfactoria. Los requisitos enumerados a continuación son representativos de los conocimientos, habilidades, formación y/o capacidad requeridos. Se pueden realizar adaptaciones del puesto para que las personas con diversidad funcional puedan desarrollar las funciones. Eres estudiante de grado o máster en Biomedicina, Bioestadística, Ingeniería Industrial, Química o similares, Ciencias de Datos o áreas afines. Valorable si cuentas con conocimientos en software estadístico (SPSS, R, SAS, Minitab) y herramientas de visualización como Power BI. Tienes conocimientos en el paquete Office (Word, Excel, Access, etc.) a nivel medio o avanzado. Dispones de un nivel de inglés a partir del C1. Tienes disponibilidad de realizar un convenio a través de tu centro de estudios por un mínimo de 8 meses.
