To achieve this, we are looking for a Head of Finance with expertise in structured debt , who will lead the company's financial strategy and help us scale our model in Spain and Europe. If you are an experienced professional in structured debt, financial planning, and fundraising , we want to meet you Role Objective As Head of Finance at Libeen , you will be responsible for the company's financial and economic control, debt structuring , and fundraising strategy , working closely with the founders. Your role will be key in developing our financial product, ensuring the sustainability and scalability of our operations. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering , or related fields. MBA or a Master's in Finance, Investments, or Capital Markets is a plus. Professional Experience: 8+ years of experience in structured debt, real estate financing, investment banking, private equity, or financial management in fintech or proptech startups . Strong expertise in structured debt, securitization, and alternative financing . Experience in negotiations with investment funds, banks, and financial institutions . Proficiency in advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and investor reporting . Experience leading fundraising processes and investment rounds . Solid understanding of real estate markets and financing in Spain and Europe . Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, cash flow modeling, and risk analysis . Experience in SPV structuring, securitization, and asset-backed financing . Knowledge of taxation and financial optimization in corporate structures . Personal & Soft Skills: Strategic mindset and strong business vision. Excellent negotiation skills with financial institutions and investment funds. Ability to thrive in high-growth and uncertain environments . Leadership and cross-departmental coordination . Proactive and autonomous decision-making. Languages: Native or bilingual Spanish . Advanced professional English (essential for international negotiations). Key Responsibilities Debt Structuring & Financing Lead financing strategy and structured debt operations to support Libeen's expansion . Design, negotiate, and execute investment vehicles and securitization structures . Manage relationships with banks, investment funds, and financial institutions . Optimize the company's financial structure to maximize efficiency and profitability . Financial Planning & Economic Control Oversee and improve financial models and projections . Conduct financial risk analysis and define mitigation strategies. Manage treasury, cash flow, and short- & long-term funding needs . Supervise tax planning and financial optimization . Fundraising & Investor Relations Design and execute fundraising strategies alongside the founders. Prepare financial reports and key metrics for investors and stakeholders. Identify investment and financing opportunities in Europe and key markets. Represent the company in meetings with funds, banks, and strategic partners .
