This Danish Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst position in Bulgaria offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital landscape of social media while building a career in a thriving international hub.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and moderate social media content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.
- Analyze reported user content in Danish to identify and mitigate risks related to policy violations.
- Maintain a high standard of digital safety by evaluating complex user scenarios with cultural nuance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to improve automated safety workflows and detection systems.
- Provide constructive feedback on trending content issues to refine the platform’s user experience.
- Navigate fast-paced social media environments to ensure a secure, respectful, and safe user environment for the Danish-speaking community.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations while handling sensitive data.
- Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Previous experience in social media, content moderation, or customer trust and safety is highly preferred.
- Strong analytic mindset and the ability to make impartial decisions based on established guidelines.
