We are looking for a Regional Partner Manager for DACH and UK who will lead the prospecting, activation, and growth of our agency ecosystem in the Italian market. This role combines business development, strategic partnership management, and commercial activation, with a direct impact on Doofinder’s growth in Italy. Responsibilities Develop and execute the partner strategy in DACH and UK with a clear commercial focus, identifying high-potential agencies to generate MRR. Manage a portfolio of partners , driving their performance, motivation, and direct impact on pipeline and revenue. Conduct active prospecting to onboard new agencies that generate sales opportunities. Lead end‑to‑end onboarding , ensuring each partner knows, uses, and can position our solutions with their clients. Collaborate with partners on co‑marketing, co‑selling, and commercial activation activities to generate joint opportunities. Maintain strong partner relationships , ensuring retention, growth, and strong performance. Provide training on new products for implementation with their clients. Align actions with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to accelerate impact in their region. Manage a constant pipeline of partner opportunities and coordinate with Sales to close those clients. Generate market and performance insights to optimize joint plans and improve messaging, roadmap, and positioning. Perform structured follow‑up, forecasting, and reporting , focusing on revenue generated and influence on deals. Coordinate and attend key eCommerce ecosystem events in the region (available to travel at least once per month). Qualifications Native or bilingual English. Native or bilingual German. 3–5 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or
