RateGain is a leading provider of SaaS solutions for the travel and hospitality industry, helping organizations accelerate revenue growth through real-time pricing, distribution, and market intelligence solutions. We work with global hotel chains, airlines, OTAs, and travel brands to improve profitability and perform better in a dynamic market. Role Overview We are looking for a high‑energy, motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Barcelona team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and German, proactive in outbound prospecting, and skilled at qualifying inbound leads. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a crucial role in generating pipeline for the sales team. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule discovery calls or demos for the sales team. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality. Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities created. Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is mandatory. ~1–2+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar sales role (preferably in SaaS or travel tech). ~ Strong outbound sales skills, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling. ~ Experience handling and qualifying inbound leads. ~ Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and articulating value propositions clearly. ~ Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot). ~ Competitive salary and performance‑based incentives.
