Hartmann Young is partnering with a global Molecular Diagnostics and Life Sciences company to appoint a VP / General Manager, EMEA. This is an opportunity to lead the regional business, shape its commercial strategy and drive sustainable growth across a diverse range of markets.
Responsibilities- Own the EMEA strategy, P&L and overall business performance.
- Lead and develop regional teams, building a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer focus.
- Drive growth across direct sales, distribution channels and strategic partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and strengthen relationships with key customers.
- Partner with global leadership to align regional priorities with the wider business strategy.
- Senior commercial or general management experience within Molecular Diagnostics, IVD or Life Sciences.
- A strong track record of P&L ownership $200M+ and delivering profitable growth.
- Experience leading teams across multiple European and wider EMEA markets.
- Strong understanding of direct and distributor-led commercial models.
- The ability to translate strategy into execution and develop high-performing leadership teams.
