ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in immunoassay techniques (ELISA, multiplex assays, or other platforms for protein and biomarker quantification).
- Demonstrable experience in flow cytometry, preferably in the characterization of immune cell populations in peripheral blood.
- Demonstrable experience in nucleic acid extraction and analysis.
- Experience in the handling, processing, and storage of human biological samples (blood, plasma, serum, urine, etc.).
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in biomedical research laboratories working on projects related to HIV, infectious diseases, cardiovascular risk, hypertension, or chronic inflammation.
- Experience in the assessment of immune activation markers using flow cytometry.
- Research experience at nationally or internationally renowned research institutions.
- Participation in research projects funded through competitive public calls at national, regional, and/or international level.
- Scientific publications in indexed journals (JCR/Scopus) related to HIV, cardiovascular risk, hypertension, inflammation, or biomarkers.
- Proficiency in office software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and statistical analysis software (SPSS, GraphPad Prism, R, or similar).
