Digital Innovation Strategist

As a vital part of our consulting unit, you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital tech initiatives, ensuring end-to-end execution from ideation to delivery and adoption. You will also gain exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies, data strategies and business transformation methodologies while contributing to the growth of our consulting practice. Digital Execution & Project Delivery Together with our Digital Strategy Team you deliver digital transformation projects, ensuring smooth implementation and measurable impact on our clients. Conduct business and technical analysis to define requirements, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven insights. Work with technical teams to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring seamless integration of AI, data, and cloud solutions. Track project progress, report key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure alignment with client goals. Take initiative in problem-solving and proactively drive tasks forward with minimal supervision. Leverage knowledge of AI technologies and data/cloud infrastructure to support digital strategy initiatives. Understand and contribute to software development projects, ensuring alignment with business use cases. Support the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions, data analytics frameworks, and automation strategies. Support innovation projects across their lifecycle, from ideation and concept validation to implementation and adoption. Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance digital transformation efforts. 2+ years of experience in digital strategy, consulting, or execution of technology-driven projects. ~ Hands-on experience working on software development projects, digital transformation, or AI/data initiatives. ~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. ~ Familiarity with AI use cases and solutions, data infrastructure, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). ~ Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to challenges and a passion for digital innovation. ~ Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
