Digital Strategist Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated **Digital Strategist Analyst** to join our team and play a key role in building impactful products & services, developing new business models, and leveraging our 450 tech talents to measurably transform organisations with AI, Big Data &. As part of our growing consulting unit, you’ll support digital transformation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain experience in areas like AI, data, and business innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Support Digital Strategy Projects**
- Assist in the delivery of digital initiatives from research to implementation.
- Help analyze business needs, collect requirements, and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand how AI, data, and cloud technologies solve real-world problems.
- Track project milestones and contribute to reports and presentations.

**Learn & Grow with Us**
- Work alongside experienced strategists and consultants.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, innovation workshops, and strategic reviews.
- Help develop business cases and learn how to translate technical ideas into business value.

**Stay Curious**
- Research market trends and emerging technologies.
- Bring fresh perspectives to improve how we work and how our clients succeed.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience (internship or junior role) in digital projects, tech consulting, or business/IT analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to solve problems with data and logic.
- Basic understanding or interest in AI, cloud, or digital transformation technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for innovation.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. German is a plus.
